Maintenance Services
For 30 years, Coastal Evergreen Company has brought beauty and well maintained landscapes to Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley. We specialize in the custom maintenance of homeowner associations, commercial/office parks, and custom homes. We separate ourselves from routine maintenance services by providing a full range of landscape services including CLCA award winning landscape maintenance, certified water management, horticultural consulting, licensed pesticide applicators, and CLCA award winning landscape installation. We pride ourselves on our communication skills that are the heart of our maintenance service; we can relay your requests to our crews in a moments notice.

EXPERIENCE with ECO-GARDENING
Thomas Witz, Manager of Maintenance Operations, received a certificate of Organic Farming from UC Farm and Garden.
Coastal Evergreen Company has sent a representative to the Conference of Ecological Farming two out of the last four years.
We maintain several jobs that request organic maintenance and several others that have a no pesticide requirement.
Even in the majority of our accounts where we do use pesticides and chemical fertilizers, our approach is always cultural practice before chemical intervention.
